Terms of Sale and Use

These terms govern your use of lumiorart.com and every purchase you make from us. The seller is Becato LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Lumior Art”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

We sell digital artwork files (“Digital Products”) and, where offered, printed artwork produced and shipped by our print partner (“Prints”). Digital Products are delivered by email as a PDF containing a download link. No physical item is shipped for a Digital Product.

2. Illustrations and colors

Room photos, frames and mockups on the site are illustrations created to show how a design may look. Your result depends on your screen, printer, paper and framing; colors and proportions may vary.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Taxes are added where required.

4. Delivery

Digital Products are sent to the email address you enter at checkout, usually within minutes of payment. If nothing arrives within one hour, check your spam folder and then contact us. Print delivery times depend on the destination and are shown before you pay.

5. License

Every purchase grants a personal, non-commercial license described in our License. All designs remain the intellectual property of Lumior Art. Reselling, sharing, redistributing or using the files commercially is not allowed.

6. Withdrawal and satisfaction guarantee

Because Digital Products are delivered immediately, at checkout you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins. We do not issue refunds for Digital Products. Instead we offer a satisfaction guarantee: see Satisfaction guarantee. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, including for defective items.

7. Custom work

For custom designs we share watermarked previews first. Final, unwatermarked files are released after approval and full payment. Large projects may require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable once work has started. Custom work is licensed under the same personal-use terms unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

8. Reviews and content you share

Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. Incentives such as a discount or a free design are offered for any review, positive or negative. By submitting a review or photo you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on our site and marketing, and you confirm you own the photo. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or unrelated.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to access accounts or systems you are not authorized to use, or scrape files from it. Search engines and AI assistants may read our public pages to describe our products.

10. Liability

The site and products are provided as described. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes and contact
