Will I receive a physical poster?
No. Unless you choose “Order a print”, you buy a digital download. You receive high-resolution files to print yourself, at a local print shop or with an online lab. Nothing is shipped.
How do I get my files?
Right after payment we email you a PDF. Open it and tap the download button to get your files. If the email is not in your inbox within an hour, check spam or write to hello@lumiorart.com and we resend it.
Which sizes are included?
Poster downloads include every ratio: 2:3 (4x6 up to 24x36 in), 4:5 (4x5 up to 16x20 in), 5x7, 11x14 and ISO A5 to A1. Choose the size you plan to print on the product page and we point you to the right file. Frame TV art is 3840x2160 (16:9).
Will it look sharp at large sizes?
Files are high resolution for the sizes listed. For the sharpest result, download on a computer (phones can compress files) and print on matte or photo paper at a print shop. If a size does not print well for you, tell us and we fix it.
Where can I print?
At home on a good inkjet printer, or at a local print shop or office store, or with any online photo lab. Ask for “edge-to-edge” printing; our files have no white border.
Do the frames come with it?
No. Frames and rooms in our photos are for illustration only. Standard frames such as 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 18x24, 24x36 in or A4, A3 and A2 fit our files.
How do I use Frame TV art?
Download the 16:9 file, then upload it to your Samsung The Frame with the SmartThings app or a USB stick and choose it in Art Mode.
Is the count in bundles exact?
Bundle titles show the number of files included. If anything looks missing or repeated, email us and we sort it out the same day.
Can I get a refund?
Digital files cannot be returned, so we do not refund them. We do guarantee you will be happy: if a design is not right, we swap it or send something better.
Can I sell or share the files?
No. Purchases are for personal use only. Reselling, sharing or commercial use is not allowed. For licensing or collaborations email legal@lumiorart.com.
Do you do custom designs or bulk orders?
Yes. Tell us your idea on the Custom page. We send a watermarked preview first and you pay only when you love it. Bulk and business orders: bulk@lumiorart.com.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and more), Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus other methods shown at checkout for your country. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; prices are in USD.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe on its encrypted checkout page. We never see or store your card details.
