Payment Policy

All payments on lumiorart.com are processed by Stripe, our payment partner. Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide. The seller and merchant of record is Becato LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Lumior Art”, “we”, “us”).

Accepted payment methods

• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and others shown at checkout
• Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices and browsers
• Link by Stripe and other local or pay-later methods when they are offered at checkout for your country
• PayPal, where shown at checkout

The methods you see depend on your device, country and order amount.

Currency and taxes

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge a foreign transaction fee. Sales tax or VAT is calculated and added at checkout where required by law.

When you are charged

Your payment is taken in full when you place the order. For custom work you pay after approving the watermarked preview; large projects may require a 50% deposit before work starts, with the balance due on approval. Your card statement will show LUMIOR ART.

Security

Checkout happens on Stripe’s secure, encrypted payment page. Card numbers are entered directly with Stripe and never pass through or are stored on our servers. Stripe may use fraud-prevention checks, including 3D Secure, to protect your payment.

Receipts

Stripe emails a payment receipt to the address you enter at checkout. Your download PDF is sent separately right after payment.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment is declined, no order is created and nothing is charged. Try another card or method, or contact your bank.

Refunds, disputes and chargebacks

Digital downloads are not refundable; see our Satisfaction Guarantee for replacements. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at hello@lumiorart.com so we can fix it quickly. Filing a chargeback for a delivered digital order may lead us to share delivery records with the payment provider.

Export and legal restrictions

We cannot accept orders from countries or persons subject to US sanctions.
