Digital files cannot be returned, so we do not offer refunds on digital purchases. What we offer instead is simple: if you are not happy, we make it right.

How it works

• Wrong design or not what you hoped? Email us within 30 days and we will swap it for another design of equal value.
• File problem (link not working, missing ratio, low quality at your size)? We fix it or send the right file, usually the same day.
• Didn’t receive your email? We resend it right away.

Prints

If a print arrives damaged or with a production fault, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint it free of charge. Where mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights for physical goods, those rights apply.

EU and UK customers

At checkout you request immediate delivery of the digital files and acknowledge that this ends your right of withdrawal once delivery starts.
